Self Sustained Gas Detector With Audible and Visual Alarms

Originally designed for plant jobs, this intrinsically safe gas monitor can be used for a wide range of applications. Since the SAM is based on Rig Rat technology, this unit offers a wide array of sensors that can be used to meet your safety requirements, such as LEL, SO2, and H2S. What attracts most people to the SAM is that it also contains an onboard horn and strobe that will go off in the event of an alarm. If there are Rig Rat Controllers on site, the detector on the SAM can also be configured to transmit and trip a Rig Rat Controller into alarm.
