Red Cross First Aid Courses

CPR Information


This course is designed to provide various levels of CPR training based on participant’s background, needs and interest. A presentation on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator is also provided with the course. CPR Levels A, C and HCP available depending on the skills needed.

Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. All levels include training and certification in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for workplace or general interest; included are the latest CPR guidelines.


At Firemaster we include Level A (Adult) in the Emergency First Aid Course, Level C (Adult, Child & Infant) in the Standard First Aid Course and Level HCP (for Health Care Providers) is available upon request for an additional charge.


Course duration àLevel A: 4 hours, Level C: 5 hours, Level HCP: 6 hours

100% attendance, skills demonstration, and 75% min. passing grade on written exam to complete the course


3-year certification in CPR Level A, C, or HCP and AED
